Dermalogica Sunscreen!!

IMG_3111Dermalogica has been my go to protective sunscreen which I have used every single day for the past 5 years! I literally do not leave home without it!

If you wear foundation which may or may not have sunscreen mixed in, friends I can honestly tell you that amount of sunscreen is simply not enough! My brother-in-law who, is a dermatologist, always made sure my sisters and I always were lathered in sunscreen. I was a lifeguard back in high school. I am proud now, looking back I was one of the very few lifeguards who slathered on sunscreen, wore a visor or hat, and sat under my umbrella most of time… let me tell you my tan was awesome!!
Actually, it wasn’t because I didn’t have one and now I can look back and be grateful considering that all it takes is one major sun burning exposure to be susceptible to the damaging sun rays and BAM you could be on the road to skin cancer.

My brother-in-law, Brian, would often times show us some pretty graphic and equally gross sun damaged skin to warn us of the dangers from the sun especially unprotected skin! But, even if you are thoroughly coated in sunscreen having additional protection like a hat or linen long sleeved shirt can also save your skin.

Dermalogica’s sunscreen is like none other I have tried, and believe you me I have tried many, many, many sunscreens and this formula is so silky and not super greasy which it doesn’t actually feel like or even look like your wearing sunscreen.  Dermalogica’s sunscreen will leave your face feeling moisturized, light, and most importantly protected from harmful UVA and UVB rays!

Dermalogica is having a friends and family sale. Take off 20% your professional-grade skincare essentials with this coupon code FNF20 at checkout. Hurry, this offer ends June 12!!!

If you use other Dermalogica products I would love to know which ones and your thoughts! Have a wonderful day and always wear your sunscreen!

Xoxo,
Megan
